Youth Show Off their Talents at the 2014 Google Science Fair

On September 5th-7th, the Google Science Fair presented the finalists in their global online science and technology competition for students who are 13-18 years old.” The competition brings the brightest young minds around the world “together”, showcasing their incredibly innovative ideas on one platform. The event has ideas from high school heroes around the world: Марк Дробнич, 13, of Ukraine is working on “a remote controlled microscope”, Arsh Dilbagi, 16, of India has “created “Talk”– an innovative AAC device for people with developmental disabilities”, while Trisha Prabhu,14, of the United States of America has crafted “an effective way to prevent cyberbullying”. These are just three of the countless incredible projects being showcased on https://www.googlesciencefair.com, where people around the world still have the opportunity to vote on their favorite ideas. Even if you have just five free minutes– High School HeroesX guarantees that you will be blown away at the incredible ideas on display at this science fair. And with a grand prize of a 10 day trip to the Galapagos Islands with National Geographic Expeditions, a Virgin Galactic Spaceport experience and $50,000 in scholarship funding, let’s start some High School HeroX brainstorming so we can be selected next year!
